A. R. Sherbatov

- is a writer and essayist based between New York City and Baltimore. He often writes about metal music, Japanese literature, and pre/post/Soviet queer perspectives. His short story Sunoco was shortlisted for Room Magazine’s 2024 Creative Nonfiction Contest.
